1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") and ckt444 (hereinafter "ckt444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ckt444.com. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the ckt444 website, mobile interface, gaming software, sports betting services, promotional offers, and all related features and services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", or any equivalent registration action, or by logging in to an existing ckt444 account, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the ckt444 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

ckt444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain a ckt444 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Access to ckt444 and all its services is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ckt444 by way of self-exclusion or operator-imposed closure.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or as a nominee for any other person.

ckt444 employs robust age verification measures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Upon registration, players may be required to submit a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document confirming their date of birth. ckt444 reserves the right to request such documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending verification.

If ckt444 determines at any point that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any funds in the account will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage play, which are not payable. ckt444 takes its responsibilities regarding the protection of minors with the utmost seriousness.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ckt444 at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If ckt444 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same player, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses associated with those accounts may be voided at ckt444's sole discretion.

When registering for a ckt444 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. ckt444 shall not be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ckt444 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ckt444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will bear full responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ckt444 support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. ckt444 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where necessary, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity. However, ckt444 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take adequate steps to protect your credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations, ckt444 may require players to complete a KYC verification process at any stage. Verification documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile banking registration).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your ability to withdraw funds or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, the closure of your account. ckt444 will process and store all personal documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ckt444 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ckt444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ckt444 is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your ckt444 account balance within a few seconds of successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. ckt444 does not charge any fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which ckt444 accepts no responsibility.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or friends — are strictly prohibited. ckt444 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time and to refuse or reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment verification checks. Players who have completed full KYC verification benefit from expedited processing times. ckt444 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.

ckt444 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. This is a standard AML compliance measure and does not imply any finding of wrongdoing. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where KYC verification is incomplete, where the account is under investigation, or where bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ckt444 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses awarded on ckt444:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses will not be credited or reactivated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual offer terms.
• ckt444 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• ckt444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of promotional errors, will be voided and the associated account may be closed.

Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive promotional emails or SMS notifications regarding new offers. This does not affect a player's ability to manually check the Promotions section of the ckt444 Platform and opt in to available offers where eligible.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ckt444 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, honest, and respectful of other users and of the integrity of the Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating, using, or controlling more than one ckt444 account, whether personally or through a nominee.
• Money Laundering: Using the ckt444 Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, the concealment of illegally obtained funds, or any other financial crime.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting strategies, or any form of artificial wagering designed solely to extract bonus funds.
• Collusion: Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer environment on the Platform.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human involvement.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing errors, or any technical malfunction on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing behaviour toward ckt444 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access ckt444 systems, databases, or networks without authorisation, or engaging in any form of hacking, reverse engineering, or circumvention of security measures.

ckt444 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, ckt444 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation, void game rounds or bets placed in contravention of these Terms, and permanently close the account concerned.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

ckt444 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player; or as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

In the event of account closure initiated by ckt444 for cause (i.e., as a consequence of a breach of these Terms), any real-money balance remaining in the account will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Where no fraudulent activity has been established, ckt444 will return verifiable real-money deposits to the original payment source, less any amounts attributable to bonus abuse or rule violations. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are not payable in cases of closure for cause.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their ckt444 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's primary payment method subject to standard withdrawal verification. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckt444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether ckt444 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

ckt444 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including telecommunications outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services. ckt444 shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of such unavailability.

In any event, ckt444's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ckt444 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

Governing Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ckt444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. ckt444's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
